Jyri Honkanen
Hi, I’m Jyri Honkanen, a Business Information Technology student with a strong focus on human-centered digital services. Technology should work for people, not the other way around.
I work at the intersection of service design, user experience, and communication, combining a deep understanding of user needs with technical and analytical foundations. My background in data analysis and web systems helps me bridge the gap between user behavior, business impact, and measurable results.
In addition to service and UX design, I bring hands-on familiarity with data-driven tools and technical concepts. I understand how performance and metrics support decision-making (e.g., Power BI), how structured data enables meaningful insights (SQL), how automation and AI tooling influence workflows (Python), and how a business perspective guides impactful solutions.
I’m especially interested in designing services that are accessible, ethical, and grounded in real user needs. My long-term goal is to help build sustainable digital solutions where usability, data literacy, and human values are not afterthoughts, but foundations of good design.
If you’re interested in thoughtful digital design or want to explore a collaboration, feel free to take a look at my portfolio or get in touch.
